Tequila Lime Flank Steak Fajita Salad with Chile Lime Vinaigrette

Ingredients For Tequila Lime Flank Steak Fajita Salad with Chile Lime Vinaigrette
2 lbs flank steak (1-inch thick)
1/3 cup tequila
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 limes
1/2 red pepper (thinly sliced)
1/2 green pepper (thinly sliced)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 head lettuce (red romaine, washed, dried and torn)
1/2 cup black beans
1/2 cup chipotle (copycat, corn salsa)
1 oz cheese (colby jack, freshly grated)
1 avocado (sliced)
tortilla chips (blue, for topping)
2 tbsps olive oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 tbsp red pepper (or chile oil)
2 tsps honey
2 limes
1 salt (+ pepper)
